Answer:
Firstly click on the classifieds button located on the left of the website.
Then click the register button in the classifieds section (if you are not already registered for the classifieds).
Fill in all of your details.
Once this is done you will be able to place your ad.

Question:
Why do I need to register for the "forum" as well as "My Posts"?

Answer:
The "forum" and "My Posts" requires different types of sign-up information, so unfortunately you will have to sign up for each section.
