My boyfriend and my neighbour had an argument the other day. I suspect this has made him angry. Yesterday, Joburg City came and gave me a letter ordering me to remove my pig according to the byLaw for Public Health - no pigs are allowed in suburban areas. I suspect it was this guy that reported me.

My pig is so clean, never makes a noise. I live in a 1000 sqm house so he has plenty of space. Each day my domestic picks up his droppings so there is no smell whatsoever.

Does anyone know anything about this - any info would help. I don't even know where I would take him. I am busy selling my house to move to a farm but it might take a while.

I bought a puppy from Johan at Piet Zyn Drift, thinking his dogs were of high quality and he had a professional operation. I was assured the puppy was from very good Boerboel stock and he even sent me pedigree papers and that his dogs have never had a history of hip problems. 7 months later, I find out that not only is the dog he sold me a cross with a labrador, but it's hips are terribly affected. Johan sells dogs he gets off the junkmail and who knows where else and passes them off as his own and offers counterfeit papers. I recently adopted the cutest male yorkie. His name is Diji. i just want to know if anyone knows of a Yorkie club I could join? Also, I never received any papers when I bought him other than his vet card. Is it recommended that i register him or contact his owner? how does the process work?
